General Description

Ptarmigan is a modern Sloop 24,90m available for charter in the Mediterranean. Ptarmigan is the seventh Swan 82S to be built by Nautor’s Swan in 2012 – a proven design of an unmatched pedigree which insures both comfort and performance. The hull is built of single-skin glass/aramid hybrid fibre with carbon reinforced stiffeners throughout and is finished in a high-gloss gelcoat layer. Ptarmigan is based in Antigua and will be available for charters in that area in winter 2015/2016. Summer 2016: Ptarmigan will be based in South of France

Ptarmigan accommodates 7 guests in 3 guest cabins including an owner’s cabin and two twin cabins (one with Pullman). The living area is spacious and elegant, bringing together the very best in Swan design. The saloon of Ptarmigan is the hub of the yacht, featuring the latest in yacht building technology with a wide spectrum of entertainment equipment which can be customized to guest’s requirements.

Ptarmigan offers all amenities to her guests: TV/DVD/iPod dock in all staterooms, Home cinema in main salon, Bose entertainment system, Apple TV for wireless playback from iPad/iPod Touch and iPhone through the BOSE entertainment system in Saloon or Cockpit, DVD library. Sundeck equipped with Sun beds and hammock aft deck for a pleasant stay. There are many water toys available onboard: 4.3 Mtr Rib Eye tender, 40 hp Yamaha 4stroke outboard, Towable toys, 2 Wake boards, 2 Inflatable paddle board, Inflatable kayak, Sport fishing gear and light casting rods.

Crew of 3 professional: Captain, Chef, Stewardess, Deckhand.

Rates and Conditions

Weekly rates Myba, WMT: Winter months/Caribbean USD 42.500; summer months/Mediterranean € 42.500. Rates include: hire, crew in the number indicated, yacht insurance, yacht’s linen laundry. Rates do not include: food and beverages for guests, fuel consumption for the yacht, for the watercraft and the dinghy, berthing fees, personal communications costs (internet, fax, if on board), personal laundry, 8.40% VAT if applicable. Fuel consumption 350 lt / h at 23 knots, possibility to burn 140 lt / h at displacement speed (duty free fuel).
